Terms & Conditions as follows:

1. At the time of the order, it will be required that the purchaser pay Cape Gold a deposit of 50%
of the total value of the order.
2. The balance, together with delivery cost, will be payable before dispatch.
3. Cape Gold reserves ownership of all goods sold and/or delivered to the purchaser, subject to payment of the full outstanding amount.
4. No cash refunds. The purchaser will only have a right of action for specific performance. Any possible disputes will only be deemed valid after submitted in writing.
5. Furniture ordered will be delivered to the purchaser by means of road freight, mostly by the manufacturer’s own vehicles.
6. Where applicable, outside contractors may be employed, whose charges will be for the purchaser’s account.
7. These items will generally be delivered within 4-8 weeks from date of order/purchase.
8. These time estimates are based on past experience only.
9. Cape Gold will not be responsible for delays or charges relating to third party transportation, or any unforeseen events on our own part.
10.The furniture will be treated according to the minimum safeguards prior to delivery.
11.Cape Gold do not warrant colour or grain variations in the wood. This is an inherent characteristic of fine woods and as a result we cannot ensure the matching of related pieces.
12. Prices subject to change without notice
13. Due to humidity levels and temperature fluctuations, movement and cracks might occur and is part of the natural characteristics of the woods moisture balance. Cape Gold will not be held responsible for such occurences whatsoever.
